We begin by thoroughly cleaning and preparing your roof, removing contaminants and making any necessary minor repairs to create the ideal foundation for our granulated resurfacing system.

2. Mask & Protect

We mask areas such as siding on dormers and even your landscaping along the roof line to ensure your home remains clean and granule-free while we apply the Liqua-Roof system.

3. Liqua-Roof application

Now we’re ready to apply a fresh, high-build granule layer to your roof. Most roofs are completed in just one day, while larger projects may take two to three days. We work efficiently to minimize disruption, without ever compromising quality.
