We offer a 15-year warranty that protects against premature wearing of the surface—specifically, if your original shingle color starts to show through. In the unlikely event that this occurs, our crew will return to your home to reapply our system at no cost to you.
Liqua-Roof is engineered for durability and has passed rigorous ASTM testing for impact, wind, and weather resistance. However, like any roofing system, there are limits in extreme environments.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage from foot traffic
- Shingles that were improperly installed or structurally unsound at the time of application
- Storms, high winds, or flying debris
- Improper ventilation or structural leaks
- Mold, mildew, or algae growth
Our team carefully inspects every roof before resurfacing to ensure it’s a suitable candidate for Liqua-Roof. If a roof doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll let you know before proceeding.
